    Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days (metro areas faster, rural may take longer)

  • Express Shipping – $15 flat rate
    Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

  • Free Shipping – Automatically applied to all orders over $100
    Follows standard shipping timeframes

  • We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers, including Australia Post and CouriersPlease.
  • All shipments are discreetly packaged and include tracking (sent via email within 2 hours of dispatch).
  • Delivery is typically within 2–5 working days (remote areas may take longer).
  • Your package will be securely packed and labelled with a plain sender name for your privacy.

Note: At this stage, WhisperBloom does not ship to New Zealand or internationally.

Returns Policy & Refunds Policy

At WhisperBloom, we want every customer to feel confident and supported when shopping with us. We comply fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), and your rights under that law always apply.

This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how we manage returns, exchanges, faulty items and refund requests.

1. Change of Mind Returns

Due to the personal and intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases once a product has been opened.

However, we do accept returns of unopened, unused, and sealed products within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in new condition.

Examples of change-of-mind returns that may be accepted only if unopened:

  • Incorrect choice
  • Not liking the colour, size or style
  • Ordering the wrong item

Items must remain in their original packaging, sealed, and unused.

This is for strict hygiene and safety reasons and is standard practice for adult lifestyle products.

2. Hygiene & Safety – Non-Returnable Items (Once Opened)

For hygiene and safety reasons, WhisperBloom cannot accept returns for products that:

  • Have been opened
  • Have been used
  • Have had seals or packaging removed
  • Have been in contact with the body
  • Show visible wear
  • Are not in their original condition

This applies to all adult products, including toys, lubricants, lingerie, personal accessories, and wellness items.

3. Faulty, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A faulty item
  • A defective item
  • A damaged product
  • The wrong item
  • An item missing components

We will replace the item, issue a refund, or provide store credit.

What to do:

Please email us at info@whisperbloom.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • A photo or video showing the fault

Once your return is approved:

WhisperBloom will cover the cost of return shipping, and

  • Provide a free downloadable return label by email
  • A replacement will be sent, or a refund issued

Refund processing time:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

4. Warranty Issues

Most products include a manufacturer warranty.

If your item becomes faulty after use (but within the warranty period), we will assist you with a warranty replacement or credit. Proof of purchase is required.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • For faulty, defective or incorrect items — WhisperBloom covers the return shipping cost in full.
  • For approved unopened returns (non-defective) — return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend using a trackable service for all returns.

6. Items Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of:

  • The packaging
  • The damaged item

We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
