SHIPPING POLICY
Discreet & Secure Shipping
We understand privacy is important.
All WhisperBloom orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging.
There is no indication of product type or store name on the outside of the parcel.
Your privacy is always protected.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship:
- Australia wide
- New Zealand (where legally permitted)
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure products comply with local laws if ordering internationally.
Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day
You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
Australia:
Standard delivery: 2–5 business days
Remote areas may take longer.
New Zealand:
Delivery time varies depending on location and customs clearance.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays.
Shipping Fees
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Parcel weight and size
- Selected shipping method
Promotional free shipping may apply to qualifying orders.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Check your tracking link
- Contact the courier directly

We will assist in lodging an investigation where necessary.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
WhisperBloom complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) regarding product returns, refunds and replacements.
Change of Mind Returns
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind on:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products removed from original sealed packaging
This is for hygiene and safety reasons.
We may accept change of mind returns if:
- The item is unopened
- The seal is intact
- The item is returned within 14 days of delivery
- The product is in original, resaleable condition
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Defective Products
You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product:
- Has a major failure
- Is faulty or defective
- Is significantly different from description
- Is not fit for its intended purpose
Claims must be made within 12 months of purchase and must include proof of purchase.
If required, we may request photos or videos to assess the issue.
Where stock permits, we will provide:
- A replacement product, or
- A full refund if a replacement cannot be supplied
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged packaging and product
We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
When Refunds Will Not Be Issued
Refunds or credits will not be given if:
- The product was not purchased from WhisperBloom
- The claim is made more than 12 months after purchase
- The product has been opened or used (unless faulty)
- The damage is due to misuse, improper care or accidental damage

We will respond within 2 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Funds will be returned to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear in your account.

WhisperBloom sells adult products.
By placing an order, you confirm you are 18 years or older.
We reserve the right to refuse service where legal requirements are not met.
