By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years or older.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, pricing and availability are accurate. However:

4. Pricing & Payment

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched. We accept payment via Shopify-supported payment methods.
5. Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel or refuse any order
- Limit quantities
- Cancel orders due to suspected fraud or pricing errors
If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship Australia-wide using reputable courier services.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays.
All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging for discretion.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on intimate products unless:
- The item is faulty
- The item is damaged in transit
- The item is not as described
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
