Returns Policy
WhisperBloom complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) guidelines regarding product returns, replacements, and refunds.
Shipping Information
At WhisperBloom, we offer fast, discreet, and reliable delivery Australia-wide.
- Standard Shipping – $10 flat rate
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days (metro areas faster, rural may take longer)
- Express Shipping – $15 flat rate
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
- Free Shipping – Automatically applied to all orders over $100
Follows standard shipping timeframes
All orders are carefully packed for privacy and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Please note:
- All claims must be made within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation from WhisperBloom).
- The customer is responsible for returning the product if it can be posted or easily returned.
- For defective items, a replacement will be offered where stock permits.
- If a replacement is not available and/or a major issue is identified, a full refund will be provided.
- For payments made by credit or debit card, refunds will be returned to the same card used for the original transaction.
- If card details are not on file, the cardholder may need to provide them again to complete the refund.
WhisperBloom offers credit or refunds where the product:
- Has been damaged in transit and is not of merchantable quality.
- Was supplied incorrectly.
- Was supplied within 90 days of its expiration date.
- Has encountered a major failure and is not suitable for the intended use.
For faster processing, please include your original order number and item details with your return.
Credits will not be given if:
- The product was not purchased from WhisperBloom.
- The request is made more than 30 days after the purchase date.
- The customer account has overdue invoices or unpaid balances.
To request a return or credit, please email info@whisperbloom.com.au with your order number, item details, and reason for the return.
Shipping Information
- Shipping is calculated per parcel based on order size and destination.
- We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers, including Australia Post and CouriersPlease.
- All shipments are discreetly packaged and include tracking (sent via email within 2 hours of dispatch).
- Delivery is typically within 2–5 working days (remote areas may take longer).
- Your package will be securely packed and labelled with a plain sender name for your privacy.
Note: At this stage, WhisperBloom does not ship to New Zealand or internationally.
